Hey Pumpkin! Join me for another creative cake decorating experience at BRICK & MORTAR Creative Space located in the heart of Historic Water Street. In this popular workshop, I will teach you how to build, hand carve & detail your own Pastel Pumpkin Cakelet! This project is designed for both beginner & experienced decorators alike. Whether you're looking to level up your cake game with advanced techniques, or just try your hand at something new -  I promise that  everyone will take home a pumpkin that they are darn proud of! 

Specific techniques we will be covering include:

•  Building & hand carving your cakelet
•  Icing your cakelet with a silky buttercream frosting
• Coloring fondant in the pastel shade of your choice (Pink, Orange,Lavender, or Mint)
• Flawless Fondant finishing with added texturing
• Creating a fondant stem
• Hand Painting and shading
•  Fresh floral additions
